Had an outstanding experience with Hansen Tree from start to finish. Austyn was professional throughout the entire process, providing clear communication and detailed explanations of the work needed. He was responsive and made sure all our questions were answered. The crew was highly skilled and worked with precision. What really stood out was their attention to detail during cleanup - they left our property spotless, with no debris or remnants from their work. Not only did they do an excellent job on the trees themselves, but they also took great care to protect the surrounding landscaping and property. Hansen Tree has done an extensive amount of work at my home over the past five years since I moved to a new property and I was in need of an immediate, knowledgable support system to assist me with safety concerns in a wooded area immersed in very old, very tall trees encroaching on power lines, looming over the house, etc... The folks at Hansen Tree have always been thoughtful and considerate when triaging my projects, providing meaningful estimates and talking openly about my budget. Their patience and expertise allowed me to prioritize safety and eventually move on to landscaping, where their skill and attention has helped beautify and restore the natural environment. We had such an excellent experience using Hansen Tree! Bryan was so helpful at every step of the process from making the first estimate appt to job completion. He would always text us back right away and explained everything in detail. We got several estimates and Hansen was by far the most reasonable, and knowing Hansen Tree is fully insured(be careful because many do not have full insurance as Hansen does). We had a very big job and Bryan made sure that it was completed as promised and communicated promptly and often throughout. There was a small issue that came up which Bryan amended very quickly and took care of for us which another company may have ignored or strung us along. We have recommend Hansen to all of our neighbors and will use them again in the future. Thank you! ~ Julie M

I sought out and received 8 estimates for 14 big trees on my little 1/4 acre lot. Hansen was the best price by far. So how was the quality? Not only did they save us almost a grand, they did a bang up job. Leon and the bucket crew are a well oiled machine, diligent, efficient, and conscientious. Ten of these trees were over a foot and a half diameter. Tons of maples, cherries, and a masssssive pine. The foreman double and triple checked the project scope with me and was extremely pleasant and made us feel taken care of. Stumps, logs, debris, all swept up and gone. These guys are no joke and smile all day. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again. ~ Mark B

We had 10 large old trees removed in our yard and most of them were in or around electric wires. We had to wait about 4 months after the quote to schedule the service, but they gave us an accurate timeline at the time of the quote. When they arrived to do the work, the equipment scheduled to do the job was inadequate for the size of the trees so they had to postpone the job for a week until heavy duty equipment was available. It took 2 days to complete the work, including the stump grindings and trimming other trees in the yard, but it was a very professional job and a pleasant crew to work with. We were very happy with their service and would use them again. ~ Carole J

Hansen Tree was great, arrived at my place at 7:00 am on a typically hot, humid, early July day to trim 12 huge Live Oak trees on my property. These guys went right to work and I was totally impressed with their work, attention to detail, safety precautions and abilities. I've worked with lots of talented craftsmen but these men were by far the best I've seen. They climbed 100′ up into the tree canopy and began their aerial dance through my trees. At 2:00 pm they had their work done and other than spectacular looking trees you'd never know they were here. My yard was raked, blown with leaf blowers and swept to perfection. They were a great bunch of gentlemen and I commend Hansen Tree for retaining this caliber of employee to represent them. The price was competitive however the workmanship was nothing short of extraordinaire. I'm not one to write reviews however this is one excellent company. You will not be disappointed. ~ Theresa L

Hansen recently removed 2 very large trees from my property. The owner Chris was there to personally oversea the work. Both trees required the crane. One of the trees had to be removed directly over the house in sections. All the guys were professional and did an excellent job. The other tree was so large it was cut up in large portions and removed by Hansen a few days later. There was lots of debris left from the tree and removed the next day. Next time I need tree work I would go directly to Hansen. Norma in the office is very helpful and attentive. ~ Dawn R

Bryan and his guys from Hanson Tree showed up in the bitter cold on Saturday to remove debris from a large pine branch that ripped out the power lines from my house overnight. I called him at 7:30am on Saturday morning and he was there by 8:00am to inspect the situation. He came back with one of his guys two hours later and had everything removed in 45 minutes. Great company, great guys! I’m having them come back at the end of March to remove several large pines close to the house. Thanks Bryan!!! 1/4/24 Just had the guys from Hansen come back today and take down the last towering pine tree on the property. This was the 3rd job they have done for me at this property. I wouldn't have anyone else do the work. These guys are great! They show up on time and leave the yard looking like nothing was ever done in the aftermath of such a large scale removal. Excellent & professional crew. Micro Burst on 7/18/2016 brought down three large trees on my house. They were there the next day with a full crew and did complete removal of the trees. They also raked and completely removed every spec of debris from the entire property. Price was very fair, my insurance adjuster said it was an excellent price for the work involved. Crew was friendly and actually entertaining. This is the second time I used Hanson Tree Service and would highly recommend them. 5 stars for sure!! ~ Bill H

I walked the job with the foremen he explained every detail. Next thing I know they tore into the job like a well-oiled machine .several hrs. Later the job was completed .i was concerned about that big crane on my lawn it moved they cleaned up the mats rake the lawn .I couldn’t even tell there was a crane on my lawn .they left the job site spotless . During a recent storm, a large branch of a tree blew down across the driveway of the parsonage of the Church Hill United Methodist Church. I called Hansen Tree and within 3 days they had a crew there to remove the branch as well as another small tree and cleaned up the area so that one would not have known the branch (the size of a small tree) fell. Their communication was great and their crew was attentive and polite. ~ Chuck F

Hansen Tree company performed excellent affordable tree service at our home. They cut down a very large pine tree and trimmed low hanging branches from others at a price lower than others in the area. Communication was excellent, including follow up on the experience making sure everything is how we wanted. Bryan and his team did an excellent job. I had them remove a Japanese maple that was very close to the house with power lines running through it. They showed up when promised, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up the mess afterwards. In addition, their pricing was competitive with other quotes that I received. After 3 quotes for extensive tree pruning I decided on Hansen. Brian was fair with his pricing and honest about the time line to complete. The crew showed up on time and were courteous, quick and did a great job with clean up. Great company to work with. Took down 14 very tall pine trees, close to wires, neighbors fences, smaller trees, and near leach field. They were very professional and relieved all my issues post job.
